The International Kaçkar Tourism Fair

On 17 April 2026, the Consul General of Georgia in Trabzon, Mr. Nikoloz Iashvili, attended the International Kaçkar Tourism Fair in Rize.

Within the framework of the fair, representatives of Georgian companies held meetings with local and international tourism companies and discussed prospects for future cooperation.

The event was attended by the Chairperson of the Georgian Tourism Association, Ms. Nataliıa Kvachantiradze, the Governor of Rize, Mr. İhsan Selim Baydaş, the Deputy Governor of Artvin, Mr. Berker Çırak, the Chairperson of the Türkiye-Georgia Business Council of the Foreign Economic Relations Board (DEİK), Mr. Osman Çalışkan-Mzhavanadze, as well as representatives of the hotel and tourism sectors.
